The management was absolutely horrible ..booking.com somehow gave us the wrong location for a reservation...when we called to change locations and get a refund ..they basically refused and all of a sudden couldn't speak english..stay away beware...book at your own risk..

Staff was extremely. Staff members had what appeared to be their members making all sorts of noise in the hallways of the hotel during the night. Noise, such as yelling, jumping around, slamming doors and etc.

Every door had beaten visible marks on them. The channels on the TV didn't work. Only 20 channels worked. Strange smell when walking into the room. Sheets had strange smell. Bought own blankets from Dollsr General to sleep with.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about the property.

I didn’t like that when we checked in our room was absolutely disgusting. There were stains on the bedding, ceiling, walls, and the back of the television. Also didn’t like that when we checked out immediately and didn’t spend the two nights we had originally booked, I was only reimbursed for my second night. Although we didn’t spend one night there, they still billed me for one night. When I contacted the corporate office to let them know, they said they would look into it. I asked to be reimbursed for the night they charged me that again I did not stay for. Instead the Red Roof Inn offered me Red Roof points which of course I have absolutely no interest in because I will never be returning to a Red Roof Inn again. So to sum it up not only was the hotel absolutely disgusting and the staff would not reimburse me, Corporate office was absolutely no help as well. So I would highly recommend finding another hotel and never staying at a Red Roof Inn.
