The room was not the cleanest. The one table had crumbs all over it, there was old orange drink in the frigerator, there was hire in the bathroom sink, and the beds were hard as a rock.

I booked and paid for a first floor and got a second floor. The clerk was on his phone and watching TV in the morning as I waited to "check out" and insure he got my key cards. He never even acknowledged me, so I left them on the counter and left

We couldnt even stay the night. We ended up at another nearby hotel. The door didnt properly shut. There were stains on the sheets. Hotel staff refused to hear concerns . The room was filthy, crumbs everywhere etc dark & not well lit. Do not stay here.

Try cleaning it. There was garbage under the bed. Mold in the shower. And they didn't even empty the garbage.

Cleanliness, people sitting outside my room making a lot of noise in the middle of the night. No bottled water for sale. No vending machines. No access to lobby by sidewalk.

Sleeping.the bed was so comfortable, the room cooled quickly and quietly, and there was no outside noise. PERFECT! Very good value.

It was perfect for what we needed. Able to park right outside our window on a trip where we had a huge amount of stuff. Let our overhead car bag (soft) out overnight &it was fine in the morning.

We had the worst night sleep due to the pillows being lumpy and the bed squeaking eveytime someone moved. When brought up to front desk they said they would remove the pillows for the next person. And then wouldn't give us any refund. Never going back

Misrepresented in the online info. I asked for a 2nd floor room with balcony or outside access. We got 2nd floor no outside access. The pool was an extreme distance from the hotel rooms and being partially handicapped, was not accessable for our use.
