The room was nice ~ lots of storage space and a nicely organized kitchen

Pool hours didn’t open until 11am and I was planning to swim each day before going out and was disappointed with that
The breakfast was not appetizing. Coffee urn was empty and we waited for half an hour to get coffee.
The variety of food was lacking with microwaved egg omelets, one type of muffin, and the second day we ordered from Uber Eats.

The hotel on its own is immaculate and very nice.
Negatives:
My flight got cancelled and I wasn't able to checkin on the first night. The hotel was informed via phone call. When I went to the hotel to checkin on the 2nd night I was told that since I didn't checkin on the 1st night my 2nd night stay has also been cancelled and NO refund will be issued. This is contrary to what was told over the phone to me. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and won't be using again.
