Requested a quiet room and got a room directly across from ice machine and elevator. The WiFi didn’t work and while Casey was friendly, she wasn’t able to assist. I needed the internet to complete some work. Very dissatisfied with the room location and lack of connectivity.

Positives:
We had an amazing stay, without any issues. From the start, the staff was friendly. Our room was large and clean, the kitchenette had anything you needy. The pool was warm and not crowded. Our wifi worked great. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The lobby was large and inviting to just hang out if you wanted. There were nice outdoor hangout areas with a grilling area.
Negatives:
No complaints at all. Our biggest complaint is we couldn't stay longer!

Room not cleaned as advertised. Toilet paper not refilled twice. Had to go go to front desk to pick it up. Ran out of hand soap and bath soap - not replaced. Very few channels on TV. No ABC. Twice I had to go back to front desk to have room key updated.
