Black mold on the ice bucket. Crumbs in the bed. The pancake machine was broken, and the food was not good. They charged me for two nights when I only stayed one night.

The check in person was helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
There was a strong odor of cat urine in the bathroom. The woman at check in came and sprayed. It helped, but only temporarily. Clearly, the floor needed a good washing, especially at the corner of the door. The tub surround was pulling away from the wall. We had an unsatisfactory experience with a Best Western the previous night in South Carolina. With this unsatisfactory stay in PA, we won't stay at a Best Western ever again.
