Negatives: Absolutely everything from the moment my conversation with the desk person ended

Negatives: Just needed an additional trash can in the room itself. Nothing that can’t be fixed easily.

Negatives: Broken exterior doors. Windows dirty. Doors windows dirty. Room had only two regular (stained) towels, two hand towels. NO wash clothes. The king-sized bed had a very soft, mussy foam five-inch type mattress. The welcome throw that laid across the clean white spread was stained, dirty.

Negatives: It was a dirty in my first room, the water was yellow in the second one but after it ran it was fine

Negatives: The front desk staff gave little to no information. Parking lot was full of huge pot holes. Told me to park in back to access my room. The glass door handle was broken and not secure. Hallway walls and floor needed a upgrade and cleaning. Room door had been painted over multiple times as see through all the paint chips. The bathroom was old and dated. Sink was cracked, spacers under toilet seat were missing. Tub/shower walls and floor were black/grey stained in color. The welcome wrap over the bed was stained. There was no info in room on wifi or TV operation/guide. The front desk never answered the phone after multiple calls to get wifi password. Hotel said smoke free buy smelled like a bar. And if all that wasn't bad enough I was awoke at 4am due to the incredibly strong odor of Marijuana coming under the large gap at the base of the door. I had to put a towel there and spray body spray in an attempt to mask it so I could get some sleep. This hotel is a disgrace to the Day's Inn Wyndhams name. I wouldn't even go to the breakfast. If they can't keep rooms and bathrooms clean I definitely would trist the food!

Negatives: The daytime desk manager was very rude to us. We had a wedding at 3 was coming from out of town. We had tried to call for multiple days leading up but the phone would hang up everytime we clicked the “talk to front desk”. We finally got a hold of someone on the day of. We asked for an early check in (like 11:30-12). Working as a housekeeper previously I know this would be easy to accommodate. She stated the earliest she could do was 12-12:30. That was fine so around 12:10 we showed up. The front desk manager was just vacuuming the front rug and didn’t even say a word to us when we walked in. Another worker had gone up to her and motioned towards us. She said “they lll just have to wait”. We waited a few more minutes. She was very hostile towards us when we said we had called. She accused us of not listening to when she said and that she had absolutely no rooms available yet. She was very ignorant and we ended up leaving and not even checking in. We just found a different hotel.

Negatives: Some external doors were left unlocked 24 hours a day. The parking lot had many large and deep potholes from broken asphalt. Read the other reviews! Fix the parking lot!

Negatives: The level of cleanliness was inadequate.

Negatives: The parking lot needs to be repaved, there were so many pot holes. Outside doors were unlocked so anyone could walk in. The sink in the bathroom had a hard time draining. Sheets had lint all over it.

Negatives: Cleanliness in the rooms needs improving, bathroom& in particular the shower needed replacing as was old, dated & very dirty looking
