Positives:
We arrived one night to leave early in the next morning. The shuttle drivers were exceptional and appreciated them. The room was basic but fine.

The location of the property was excellent. Very clean room.

When I called the property to confirm my booking I was informed that my reservation was canceled ( not per my request) after making a prepayment through booking. I explained to the front desk associate that I was just charged for the room so that was impossible, he assured me that it was canceled and I need to contact booking or make another reservation (absolutely not after I just paid for a room). I proceeded to contact booking after waiting about 30 mins I finally was able to speak to someone, told them my issue and was told that my reservation was very much still good on there end. The rep then put me on a brief hold to contact the property him self but was unsuccessful. After speaking with booking confirming that my reservation was active I once again called the property spoke with someone different and she too said according to their computer my reservation is showing canceled but she’s gladly made the correction. Elevator was out of order but by the next morning it was back operating

The staff were kind and accommodating both my early check in and late check out.
Negatives:
The room was not cleaned well. There was a donut-shaped cookie beside the bed and a used hand towel underneath the sink.
The fitness center did not have working treadmills. One had a belt that looked like it was about to break and the other couldn’t increase speed due to a faulty button.

The hotel is dated and run down, but staff were great and bed was very comfortable. That makes up for all else in my mind.
