Super nice, super clean, super friendly, super accommodating. They are honestly there to try to help you and they’re not a money laundering facility like next-door.

Trashy red roof was next-door, but then I loved it too because they are top-tier the way they treat customers and whatever’s going on next-door. Those people are very low at a point in their life right now and the people who allow them to run around and do that and that facility needs to learn how to actually run facility and those people need to see people living, normal wives and that it can’t be possible. I actually stayed at the red roof and transferred to this house because it was like the hood and then like the sky rise and the city completely opposite worlds literally next-door to each other.

First of all the desk clerk was rude at check in, as if i was interrupting her and I was some unsavory character. I am a 26-year military retiree, traveling with my wife of 45 years and my daughter to attend my mothers funeral. We were very disappointed with rm 428, the maintenance of the room, plaster falling under the window, (reported it to the desk, they said someone would be up to see, but they never did) the cable wires were unmounted from the wall, the shower had some type unappealing stain in the corner by the water controls, the room was for 4 but towels for 2, could not watch NBA finals, the desk said it was ESPN channel 59.1 but there was no sure channel, reported it back to the desk, they said someone would come up to help, but they never did. This is not what my family and I expect from La Quinta hotels. That is why we choose La Quinta.

We don't have anything favorable to say about the, room, breakfast, bed or the entire hotel. The only good thing we can say about it is the proximity to the airport.

I'm deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with my recent stay at La Quinta Inn near PHL airport. Despite promises of comfort, my experience was marred by unacceptable incidents and substandard conditions. I encountered unprofessional and discourteous staff behavior, with constant bickering and disruptive conduct in hallways and public areas, lacking courtesy and respect towards guests.
The following morning, a distressing incident in the lobby required police intervention, raising concerns about safety and security, casting a shadow over the guest experience. Throughout my stay, persistent noise from other rooms and hallways was a constant disturbance - fights, loud conversations, and profanity created an environment unsuitable for relaxation. The cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms was utterly unacceptable, with a pervasive marijuana odor adding discomfort to an already unpleasant situation. I firmly believe a hotel of this caliber should not be listed on reputable website.

First off I asked for a Handicap room because my husband is in a wheel chair ... they tried to give me a double bed room...Then I got sick in their Lobby area and the Janitorial service just walk by me with no responds and I had to clean the area myself.... They were no help at all...
