Rooms were not clean. Both rooms showed to me smells of cigaretts smoke and alcohol. THERE WAS NO LOBBY FOR CUSTOMERS AFTER 1130PM RECEPTION WAS CLOSED AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

There rooms was run down I almost got kidnapped guy lurking around trying to get women in his car I manage to get away and report to the office who did nothing about it . It smelled horribly I would like a refund honestly that was the worst experience

I booked for 3 night 4 days i check out the next morning because the room was sooo dirty i was disgusted i would never book a room here again sheets blankets towels shower toilet sink the floor wverything was dirty hair ew the mirror to the bathroom

This hotel was not as described, no breakfast,no restaurant. We had to wait 1 5 hours for the shuttle, driver drove by us at least once. Called the hotel 3 times. The only bright spot was the friendly and helpful morning driver.

It was so dirty that there were actual clumps of long hair all throughout the bathroom. And smelled so strongly of smoke that we could barely stay there.
