Despite being nonsmoking; cigarette smoke permeated the lobby, elevators and hallways. The desk managers were succinct in their answers, but definitely not welcoming. Probably because they had no help.
Now discover that we have been billed twice but no one will answer the phone to dispute the charge. Phone number given for charge was a mechanic in Texas. When calling direct to hotel, forwarded to a number that the mail box is full.

The room and the corridors are quiet, elevators are available (one was broken), the housekeeping staff is great and considerate. The air conditioning system is great too. Bedding was comfortable and clean.

Pool is advertised as "available" but "seasonal", on Memorial Day weekend it wasn't available. I was told it would be available "mid-June", no date, however. I booked hoping for the pool, was disappointed. The room was advertised as having a fridge, there wasn't. I went to reception and the guy said he'd tell housekeeping to bring one, which they did within 10 minutes. I asked if microwave was available and I was told, there would be a $10 rent fee for it per night, however, no microwave was available. Drains were so clogged it made even washing hands impossible without the entire sink being flooded. The bathtub was clogged so bad a 10-minute shower filled the tub and made it dangerous to step out. The bedboard had a stain that looked like snot, we had to scrub it.

Was met with nothing but attitude. There was a bug infestation in our room, we received a 27$ compensation for a 600$ booking… the motel next door had better service and the rooms were just as nice and without any bugs for 1/4 of the price!

Hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation!!!!! They would not do anything about it. We had to call booking.com and finally after an hour in the lobby at midnight they provided us with a room. The front desk guy was awful
