The Majestic Philadelphia Airport

Negatives: They charged me for a room stay for 3 days after I left the hotel.

Negatives: No nice view, few facilities in the gym was open but the pool was closed, no call to your room if food is dropped off and unable to go to the front desk at the time.

Negatives: We were traveling for a medical appointment, we were in the car too long and were hot and tired and looked for a hotel specifically with food and a poll. This hotel has recently changed names and that was also a whole nightmare just to figure out who we actually paid and we called ahead to make sure that the outdoor pool would be opened as it was listed as seasonal. It was 90 and July so pools were probably in season but we didn’t leave it to chance. We booked and arrived 10 mins later and were told, y’all asked if we had a pool, we do, but it is not opened…… coooooool. We went to the room just to freshen up and then we planned to leave, which was a good idea because there were about 4 channels, the Wi-Fi wasn’t enough to even allow the kids to play on tablets so we could Shower, the site said laundry-no, breakfast-no, cable- that’s laughable and also no, Wi-Fi- barely, and the “restaurant or bar” had chairs up on the tables and junk everywhere and looked like they were in the middle of a renovation except when asked, they said no. $176 and a $100 security deposit that took 3 weeks to get back for a 15 min shower with kids harassing me. Give this hotel a year to figure out who owns them and what they are called and maybe you will have a better experience, but we would’ve been better off at any of the little motels surrounding us for cable or Wi-Fi and if you want the pool, if it’s not open in Philly in July, I don’t know what the word seasonal means to them?!

Negatives: They are recording the hotel so it was no kitchen or microwaves in room false advertisements

Negatives: The property is wrongly named on booking.com. No such hotel as “the Majestic”. The booking.com listing says breakfast is included (although careful reading of the terms says that it is not). There is no breakfast. The shuttle pickup took a long time and several phone calls.

Negatives: Dirty room found dead roaches and four different locations. The front entry door did not lock anyone can walk in off the street. Gross I walked in and asked for a refund and left.

Negatives: no wifi no pool bathroom was broke

Negatives: Despite being nonsmoking; cigarette smoke permeated the lobby, elevators and hallways. The desk managers were succinct in their answers, but definitely not welcoming. Probably because they had no help. Now discover that we have been billed twice but no one will answer the phone to dispute the charge. Phone number given for charge was a mechanic in Texas. When calling direct to hotel, forwarded to a number that the mail box is full.

Negatives: Rooms could be cleaner, found molded shower curtain, carpet worn out, and toilet seat chipping
