I am a truck driver who delivered in Chester Springs late on Friday 9/20 but because of difficulty getting internet where i was had to book from 9/21-9/22 so i called the night reception and explained i wanted to book 9/20-9/21 not what was online he told me to come in and that he had a room i could get into. It took Uber a long time to come and get me and by the time i got there around 3:30am he said he couldn't book me in because he had done his night audit (even though he knew i was on my way!). He demanded i leave the property even though he knew i had no vehicle or place to go - he wouldn't let me wait in the foyer for check-in at 3pm (even though he said he had a room available). He was rude enough to walk into another room without trying to help me at all!!!
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and social media with this scenario.

I would like to speak to someone about my experience. It is so much to type and I don’t want to leave anything out. Upon check in I was told I couldn’t check in and there was nothing she could do about it. Than she gave us keys to someone else’s room. Than she gave us keys to a dirty room we had to settle for. Than someone attempted to walk in my room while we were sleep.

This place is underrated. For USD80 I got a gigantic clean room. Of course, the location near a highway and the general "oldish" aspect of the building means you won't bring your in law family to impress them here but hey, it was a friendly clean place that was very convenient and an incredible value. I personally think that spending double the amount is not so much useful. So highly recommended!
