The trash working at the front desk are really the definition of poor people mentality I’m a black man who was greeted with total disregard on top of that a non speaking person needed help the two dark souls started saying she can’t speak that language rude behavior my bank had to be called because I was taken advantage of take my advice train your trashy workers on how to conduct themselves as a black man I am embarrassed to say I was helped by ignorant black girls you need to close or fire entire staff extended fail

Also, I booked thru booking.com and they still insisted on a 100 deposit when I arrived. It was refunded a day later

This hotel was horrible! 1st the customer service was horrible they said wait a minute I'll be back and came back half an hour later there was only one person working even though there was several employees walking around and then when the lady did get back to the counter she was irritable and mean second they say there are kitchen accommodations and there wasn't you have to pay extra to get a room with a kitchen accommodation even though they say every room has a kitchen also you have to ask for a silverware plate spots and then there tell you oh we don't have certain things so I had to go to the store to get my own stuff bathroom was horrible the water didn't get hot the tub had cracks in it he had to ask for extra toilet paper even though we only stayed for a day and a half cuz I had to leave early because it was so bad in there the beds was okay I had to ask for ask for thicker sheets and blankets I think I found the roach in there but that could have just been something else and they said they had hot breakfast which was a complete lie they had muffins and coffee overall I will not Stay here ever again it was not good at all
