Disappointing
Positives:
The location was great and I loved having a kitchen!
Negatives:
The room smelled like cigarettes and I was not accommodated as promised. Handprints were on the walls and it was gross to see it on the headboard.

Negatives:
Learning at the end that I was charged $12/day per parking. We were not notified of this. I shouldn't have to pay for parking at a hotel where I'm paying for the room. We also declined cleaning services for the time we stayed at the hotel; however, while we were out, cleaning staff did enter the room and changed the sheets, garbage, etc. We had our personal belongings out and did NOT want anyone entering the room, and we also had a sign on the door handle.

facility, handicap parking too distant from entrance. Room door very dificult to open, had to get help. television very temperamental and unusually difficult to figure out. AC incredibly loud, made it hard to get to sleep. 12dollar parking fee a dishonest way to jack up room rate.
