Positives:
I liked the bed and the shower. Your front desk people are friendly and welcoming, and they really do exceed expectations, especially Samantha, Emily and DaQuesha. I liked getting the bottled water, too.
Negatives:
I had asked for a quiet room, and a woman (I don't remember her name) chose a room for me with great thoughtfulness. However, that doesn't guarantee that other guests will be quiet. I was trying to sleep when it seemed like a few groups of noisy people arrived at the same time. They turned on the TV in the room over mine and walked around with heavy steps for quite a long time. Meanwhile, a group of guys were calling to each other in the hall outside my room. This went on, on and off, from 8:00 to midnight. After 11:00, I called the front desk to ask if she (a woman named Flesha) would at least call the room above mine and ask when they planned to turn off the TV. She refused, saying she couldn't tell them to turn off the TV. I explained that I wasn't asking her to do that, but she continued to refuse. When I grumbled that if they continued to be noisy much longer, I'd go up and speak to them myself, and she said I'd have to leave the hotel if I did that.
The next morning, DaQuesha told me they can make a courtesy call for that kind of thing and that I shouldn't have been told I'd have to leave for talking to the people. So Flesha didn't handle that the way she should have.
Another thing I didn't like was that the bathroom toilet and floor hadn't been cleaned. The toilet had a brown streak near the flusher, and there were streaks of grime on the floor. I wiped one off with a tissue and water, so they weren't permanent stains. The floor should have been thoroughly washed.
