my room was reeking of cigarettes. Couldn’t sleep bc of the overpowering smell of it. Horrible.

last persons food stuck in the fridge with a hair wrapped in it.
Shower curtain had trapped mysterious hairs
Sheets for bed had cigarette burns and had stains ( me and my boyfriend brought our own blankets and pillows) we ripped off the nasty ones.

The hot water in the spa tub did not work neither did the jet bubbles. I went to the staff to see if maintenance could fix it, but he left for the day. They couldn’t give me another room because that was the only one left.
It was very noisy outside the property late at night.
I was hearing noises in the ceiling at night.
At checkout time I explain this to the front desk and he just apologized.

This place was dirty, people were hanging around outside made me and my family feel unsafe. I did not stay there. Contacted booking.com immediately but they did nothing but let me know that I would not be getting any compensation. I paid in full ahead of time that was the required for the booking.

Worst place ever disguising place smelled like urine people hanging around outside felt unsafe. Book.com should know the places they sponsor. I was required to pay for this dump in advance. Shame on you booking.com.

The room was a suite and it was very roomy. Bed was comfortable. Good location. Staff was nice.
Negatives:
This is what we call a welfare hotel. There were many rooms that were rented out to people to live in and they were all out in camp chairs with their kids and animals running around. It didn't feel very safe, although we didn't have a problem. Although our room was clean and large, it is rundown and things are peeling.
