Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Our tv would only get one channel. I reported the issue on the first day but it never was fixed or replaced. It wasn’t a big deal but would have liked to see the weather and news.

Negatives: Recently, my family and I spent two days at the Wyndham in Gettysburg for my niece’s graduation on May 17 thru 19. Not a pleasant stay. I booked 3 rooms through Booking.com. It included one handicap accessible. I checked directly with Wyndham Reservations, and they assured me that one was a handicap accessible. When I went to check in, there was a long line with only one person doing the checking in for most of the time, (They kept saying one machine was not working correctly). Check-in took almost an hour, and by then the line was across the lobby and out the door. The check-in itself did not go smoothly. Since the wait to check-in was so long, I wanted to check in for all 3 rooms I booked so that the guests arriving later would not have to go through this whole process. I was told that I could not do that since I had put different names on each room. After a few stressful minutes of arguing, the check-in person agreed to let me sign in for all 3 rooms, since my credit card was on all three rooms. He did put my credit card on hold for all 3 rooms. Said I could remove the hold when I checked out. Not finished yet, I was told that I did not have a handicap accessible room and there were none available. There seemed to be a problem with my speaking with Wyndham Reservations and not the Front Desk ahead of time. Who Knew! At any rate, although there were no handicap rooms available, one was found just a few doors down from one of my other rooms. Not finished. The handicap room had some issues. Upon opening the door, we saw that the doorsill was high and made if difficult to get the wheelchair over it. Unfortunately, the doorsill to the bathroom was also high. The bathroom had a tub. I feel that it should have been just a shower with a bench to sit on. I have seen this in other hotels. Also, the sink had virtually no counter space. It was located in a corner space. Not much space for our amenities. More - but wouldn't=t fit

Negatives: No housekeeping staff serviced the room

Negatives: Maintenance of the hotel has been ignored. Our shower was nasty. In my son’s room door cabinets fell off when touched and towel rack fell off the wall.

Negatives: Breakfast was pricy with limited options and no kids meals. Room was supposed to have a pull out bed but did not

Negatives: Matress is not comfortable (old). No microwave in the room. Small TV. Not a walking distance from the downtown , about 3 miles to get to the historical places.

Negatives: The lobby smelt musty / old. The furnishings (couch) in our room seemed questionable. It needs to be updated throughout the facility. .
