Negatives:
When making reservation I put in 3 guests, and when I arrived I had a room with 1 bed, and they stated they were booked up and couldn't upgrade, but later saw a couple come in and ask if there were a double room available and he said yes and checked them in.

Bed was a nice size, and had a firm fell.
Negatives:
Yes, I thought it should have had some tissue in the room. Also I thought it also should have had something on the floor of the shower, so as not to be slipper.
