Asked for a "Do not disturb" sign, and they didn't have one. I told the front desk person not for anyone to come into our room. Left for the day and came back, and housekeeping came in and cleaned our room. Tiles was unclean. Holes in the wall and cracks in the bathroom walls.. The toilet seat was loose.

They emailed me stating they had active cases of Covid. We need to bring our own health / cleaning supplies and that the lobby and pool was closed. They refused to let me cancel my reservation and when requested help from Booking.com they only sent an email. 5 minutes later the hotel attempted to charge the full price of room. Cancel room price was only 5 dollars less. Called my credit card company and they helped me by declining the charge as I did not stay there due to have immune compromised children.
