It was adjoined to another room and the lock wasn’t the greatest. Tried moving rooms because I was alone most of time there and then my children joined. I could see light coming in from outside entry door. Needed to be vacuumed better (crumbs on floor).

The staff we spoke to were very accommodating and also very respectful.

Even though I made sure they were aware that I was in a wheelchair, the room they chose to put us in had a table that was too big and my chair couldn't fit making it extremely difficult to get to the bathroom. The phone didn't work and neither did the TV. My son went to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance come right over. Two hours later my son went back to the front desk because no one had shown up. They did offer us a new room which we took but that meant packing and moving our stuff. The next morning things were no better, there were dead fruit flies in the orange juice, the milk was warm, and the only choice we had was frosted flakes or fruit loops all served on paper plates and bowls. I was so disappointed. I've stayed at Days Inn in the past and that was why I chose it again but this stay was just awful.

We woke up at 8am went down for breakfast and there was nothing it was disappointing especially when the morning prior was filled with eggs sausage pancakes toast cereal and muffins. It was very disappointing
