Negatives: Bed wasn't comfortable

Negatives: room locks had issue.. and some construction work going on but that too was for our comfort..

Negatives: Holiday Inn Just returned from our stay at the Holiday Inn in Grantville, PA. I am not one to write negative reviews but this was perhaps the most disappointing stay at a hotel in my life. Toiletries not stocked upon arrival. When we requested a shower cap at the front desk and were told someone would bring one to our room, no one brought it up. When we later called the front desk for tissues and toilet paper, we were asked to come to the lobby to get it because there was no one available to bring it up to our room. Upon going to the lobby, the front desk worker could not find tissues or toilet paper. I ended up finding a linen closet myself on our hallway. Shower curtain rod was hanging by a thread. Since it was leaning, the shower curtain would not stay closed while showering. Construction outside of our room at the pool prior to 8:00 am. Door would not latch closed. Anyone could push it open without a key. Maintenance person came to ‘fix’ the issue and then we could not open the door without putting all of our weight into it. We did not feel safe with the door not properly working. Bathroom plumbing and shower fixtures were atrocious. Shower head and bath faucet were not stable, loose and shaking. Thermostat appeared to be broken. The only way to keep the room cool was to turn it all the way down to lowest temperature of 30 degrees. I can’t believe a Holiday Inn would ever be this bad. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Negatives: Very dirty, Found hair in the toilet seat, Bathrrom tub dirty and the linen with some stains

Negatives: The rooms was not clean the electrical sockets didn’t work and the shower was clutter the water went go down

Negatives: The suite we stayed in had the absolutely dirtiest couches I have even seen in a hotel. There were stains everywhere, they were like cardboard to sit on and we couldn’t even use the sofa bed . The mattress was gross. Honestly they looked like they pulled them out of a dumpster. There were also no extra pillows or sheets or blankets for the sofa. I will not spend the money I did on a suite here again. I was super embarrassed to have had my friends stay there with me.

Negatives: The hotel says it's under renovation but our room hadn't been updated since the property was built. While the beds were comfortable the room was sad. Carpet was dirty riped and wrinkled in spots. Tv had a major chunk missing right where the remote sensor is. Lamp with no lightbulb. Spider in the sink acted like we were intruding on their space. And some kind of powder by the coffee machine. Hoping it was creamer.

Negatives: Under Renovations I guess ..only 1elevator works. Entry into your room is very difficult .Had to actually slam against door
