The hotel was overbooked. When I arrived with friends they couldn't locate her reservation and kept confusing the 2 of us. We eventually realized that they had been assigned a room with 1 queen bed instead of the 2 queens she booked. I offered to swap my room with theirs since I had 2 beds but even that was a mess. Even a manager over the phone had difficulty producing a key for the second room. We were told that the manager could sort it out the next morning. The next morning we were informed that the manager didn't arrive until 10 but we were both given discounts. That being said, I wont be back. The hotel is next door to a seedy hotel and I felt unsafe. To charge the same price as a facility in the heart of town is ridiculous.

Presentation was fabulous. Looks appealing from the outside, inside very trendy and clean. A ton of amenities. Staff was incredible, very very friendly. Breakfast was great as well.

The room was very clean and the staff were super nice! I Loved how close Hershey was, and we also visited Lancaster County to see some of the Amish country, which was only an hour away. Overall this hotel was in a great location at a great value!
Negatives:
The smell in the room could have been better/nicer. The water pressure and temperature in the shower needs to be fixed or adjusted.
