The room was very clean and the staff were super nice! I Loved how close Hershey was, and we also visited Lancaster County to see some of the Amish country, which was only an hour away. Overall this hotel was in a great location at a great value!

The smell in the room could have been better/nicer. The water pressure and temperature in the shower needs to be fixed or adjusted.

Loved that there were several different seating arrangements and gluten free options. Would like to see all of the breakfast options expanded.

Understaffed. No one could help me with my luggage during check in or check out, which was disappointing.
Flies in the bathroom, perhaps due to the standing water left by the water periodically escaping the shower door due to the stall’s design.
More curb cuts on the sidewalk would make the parking lot more wheelchair accessible and easier to wheel luggage around.
