Positives: Staff was pleasant and very professional. Environment pleasant & clean. Availability of hot coffee, snacks, supplies, other 24/7 was great. Breakfast was better than most hotels. I will definitely stay at Hampton Inn every time I am in Greensburg!

Positives: The breakfast was in a nice location in the hotel and the food variety was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
Negatives: Even though there was a thermostat in the room (thank you), it did still seem warm for the registered temperature. The mattress was a little on the soft side (could have been a little firmer).
