Negatives: Showed up after a long trip 22 minutes early. Told us we would need to pat an additional $15 for early check in. First hotel in 30+ years that pulled that. Wont stay at another one again. Hope the $15 was worth it, cuz Im sure Im not the first person that had that experience.
