Negatives: The breakfast was of poor quality, and the gym was a disaster

Negatives: We arrived late. We were given a room with a shower that was running. When I picked up the phone to call the front desk the phone was dead I went back down to the registration desk. He sent a maintenance person up who said that the shower needed a new part and could not be repaired that night. I asked for a new room but they said this was the last room. We could not use the shower because the water was steaming hot and could not be adjusted not to mention it ran all night. As of yet, no one has called me back from the hotel

Negatives: The bathroom is dated, the a/c was subpar, the breakfast wasn’t very good and they charge a surcharge to us a credit card.

Negatives: We stood waiting at the entrance desk for a good 10 min while the Manager was standing outside smoking. Soft bed, almost fell like a water bed. Ceiling about bed cracked open Not enough towels for a party of 3. Breakfast was disgusting. The drip trays for the juices were fell, the yoghurt dispenser was empty and took about 30 mins to replace after first chipping ice off the machine. The pancake machine was not working properly. The scrambled eggs were lying in a Puddle of water, and so too the sausage. I don't appreciate a blaring TV/sitcom playing while I'm trying to have breakfast. For the price of $130 IT WAS TERRIBLE, ESPECIALLY BEING CALLED A BEST WESTERN PLUS. Last week I stayed at a BW Super Plus in Nashville. Excellent. Clean, good breakfast with all machines working. Keurig coffee machines in rooms. Does the Best Western group ever follow up on their hotels.

Negatives: Breakfast was terrible none of their machines worked and staff was not helpful

Negatives: The room was way too expensive relative to the condition of the property. This property does not seem to be well maintained at all. The windows need washing, the door to our room looked like someone tried to break in by hammering it with some sort of tool, there was no upper lock on the door, the bathroom was unpainted and had chipped paint, the light in the bathroom did not work. We should not have been charged $450 for this room. I was really surprised at the condition of the room for that price.

Negatives: The cleaning staff never cleaned our room. On the last day we heard them in the hall arguing about who cleaned what and our room was definitely not one that was covered.

Negatives: Almost everything. Room was extremely dated and dirty. There was one towel in the bathroom upon arrival, although we had 3 people staying in the room. Management did provide additional towels upon request (twice because, as discussed later, the cleaners never cleaned the room). There were no linens or pillows for the pull-out sofa. When we asked management to provide bedding, they did so, but only after telling us that we should have let them know in advance that we were using the sofabed. Really? We had two adults and one teenager - clearly 3 big people; why do we need to "tell" staff that we're using the sofabed, when there's only one bed in the room otherwise. We left the "do not disturb" sign off the door in the morning, and came back late afternoon to find that the cleaning service did NOT clean the room. When asked, we were told that "in the fine print" it says you must request cleaning of your room before 10 am. That may be true, but who reads the fine print, and shouldn't the management remind their guests of this important, fine print rule? The "breakfast" was awful - mainly bread and cereal, and some small apples that looked like they had been found near a trashbin, not bought. The "fitness" center was four pieces of equipment that looked to be 20 years old. No towels or wipes; and a jug of water that looked to be - based on the inside condensation - 9 months old. At the price - over $300/night - this was the worst value I've seen in a hotel stay for many years. I didn't have many options when booking this hotel for the dates needed, but I will not stay here again under any circumstances.

Negatives: Fire code violations on alll floors... Emergency Exit signs direct people toward the elevators.... this is a problem.

Negatives: The ac in out room didn’t work good at all so the room wouldnt cool off and the bathroom was very hot! We were told it was a non smoking room but as soon as I walked in it smelled like cigarettes and inscents.
