Filthy room ,could not even put your feet on the floor. No towels,trash can,ice buckets arent used,we were handed a trash bag for ice. Majority of rooms are being used as permanent homes. Beds were terible.lamp on desk had to be unplugged to avoid shock.

Nonsmoking ada room had strong tobacco smoke smell and the floor was extremely sticky and dirty.

Cockroaches everywhere people living in their rooms. Grills outside of rooms. Terrible experience.. would not recommend this hotel..when told about the cockroaches the lady at front desk told us not stay there anymore..RUDE.

Dirtiest room I've ever stayed in anywhere. Curtains hanging down. Water in a sink that wouldn't drain. Dirty bathtub and shower with mold and hair... Somebody dropped the ball in a big way with that room.

I was able to find a lyft ride to a local market to meet all needs. Some issues with residents but I was able to address them and not involve police.
