Rooms weren’t ready a little early when we were part of a wedding block with transport to the wedding at 3pm. The hotel was made aware of this but none of the guests rooms were ready before the transport came. We also paid for our room in advance and the hotel staff charged us again at check in.

Both breakfasts were EXCELLENT and I enjoyed the dining area with my friends. The gentleman in charge of breakfast was more than helpful and very polite and cheerful. The bar tender was very competent and cheerful and recommended to us some excellent choices of local restaurants. She was very helpful and fun to talk to. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Only two petty things: My room (425) only had 4 packs of De-Caf coffee and no regular. There was no Kleenex left in the box in the bathroom. The noise from the freeway is very loud but I found that it didn't ruin my sleep. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Next time I will ask for a room facing the front parking lot.
