Staff was extremely rude! I was charged 25.00 twice for early check in when I was booked for entire weekend. Everyone checked in at 1230 for wedding but I was the only one charged and was charged for next day as well .

I liked that the room was very cleanly.
Negatives:
I booked a stay for 5 guests and was only supplied with 3 towels. The fridge was not cold when we arrived and it took a very long time for it to get cold enough for our drinks. I didn't like that there was no explanation about parking in the parking garage or how to get from the parking garage to the hotel before arriving. My family was walking around the outside of the building with all our belongings after parking because we weren't aware of the sky bridge

Literally everything was perfect except no air conditioning
Negatives:
No air conditioning. Room was so warm it made it hard to sleep. Was told the air conditioning was not turned on in the hotel and that the system is very old so it is not on all the time. Its only April so Im assuming it is too early
