We stayed one night and...
Positives:
The location is close to Hershey - That is the ONLY pro for this hotel.
Negatives:
- Lack of customer service
- Not enough towels - Some days given pool towels instead of regular towels.
- You have to be your own housekeeper and get your own towels.
- Trash does not get dumped daily, fresh towels given, or beds made.
- Towels given to us from the front desk when we went down had some stains on it.
- Some people booked rooms and were turned away because they overbooked the rooms
- Spoke with the manager the first night about this and nothing was changed.
- Spoke with the GM, Jamie, who stated they were in COVID protocols and do not service rooms outside of towels and taking the trash out (both which were not done), but the pamphlet states otherwise. She also did not realize that the letter stating they were understaffed was sent the last night stay was given. (photos are attached for statements here)
- EXTREMELY understaffed
- There is only 1 elevator and the wait is super long
- Housekeeping is obnoxiously loud early in the morning.
I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I have never had such a horrible stay at a hotel.

The worst experience in my life. It was a flood in the bathroom ( see pictures and video) my kids slipped and fell down 3 times! Room was close to laundry and electricity room and every minute someone slammed doors so we could not sleep! I told to front desk about those issues but they don’t care. Lack of professionalism! They don’t even have enough towels!!?? yes, towels!

Tub was ile cracked..door has cracks in the bottom also bathroom was extremely small. Could barely fit in to close the door
