Staff rude. Paid in advance for the breakfast. Breakfast included. Then you show up in the breakfast and they said that "coffee is not included because is a IHG rule" and you have to pay 2$ for hot water with coffee flavour... well last time at IGH in any of their hotels. Pathetic !!!

The policy from the hospitality company, I was forced to pay two 150$ deposts... which I still have not received back. The coffee maker didn't work, the batteries to the ac did not work and the fridge didn't work. The only thing that was good was clean.

The location is great for the places I had to go while in Harrisburg. Convenient to the highway, variety of places to dine within 5 miles, shopping available just across the highway.
Negatives:
Pillows are small and hard - not comfortable; water was lukewarm for my shower on Sunday morning; fight broke out in the lobby Saturday night where some type of event was being held. I have stayed at the Hotel Indigo the past two years for the Dutchman Bowling Tourney and was always able to get the group discounted rate for the event but not this year.

Lovely spot good value for...
Positives:
The beds were comfy, the room was clean, staff was friendly. Plenty of parking, very easy to check in and out.
Negatives:
While we were checking in, there was a guy in the lobby waiting for maintenance because his room door had slammed shut and the lock broke. The staff was helping him and told him "it happens" and that, luckily, their maintenance man had come to the hotel for dinner, so he was available to fix it.
The shower handle fell off when I tried to bathe, but we were too tired to change rooms and managed to get it back on enough to use it. It barely got hot, and didn't work completely.
The booking said breakfast was $10 and started at 6am. We were told 6:30 and it would be $15. 6:30 rolled around and there wasn't even toast being made for this breakfast buffet (which btw, is the lowest rated breakfast in the area)
I informed the front desk while I was checking out about the broken shower and with a defeated sigh she told me "yeah, it happens."
I am NOT complaining about the staff. I AM complaining about the management of this hotel. Clearly, there is massive cost cutting going on and it's gotten to the point that the hotel is falling apart and the staff is run to the point that they can't care anymore.

They waited to tell me that there was an extra 150 fee that they tell you will get back in 24 hours but it's been 4 days and the 150 is still not back in my account.
The bathroom door didn't lock or close it was a sliding door.
