This hotel has been here for a long time. The owners are working hard to get it back to life. They have painted and put in new floors. They are limiting staff so they can continue to upgrade the hotel and get it back to life. This is not a luxury hotel nor was it intended to be. It was a great place to spend 3 nights the restaurants in front street are very good. Local diner, new dunks donuts within walking distance. Give them time this gem will be back to its original glory

The location was nice. The rooms are full of burns on the tables and furniture. They say the rooms are newly renovated, I must not have gotten one of those rooms.
Negatives:
I waited to check in for 50 minutes, there was a sign at the front desk that said they would be back in 10 minutes. The helpers / workers did not speak English so it was hard for them to translate why I couldn't check in.
