The pool has been closed for 4 years.... staff flushed a toilet and flooded both the 3rd and second floor. The elevator feels like a metal death trap there is a huge gap under the door to ur room and the bathroom light flickered almost causing a seizure

Booked as a room with 3 queen beds and they stated that they dont know why it was booked that way because they dont offer. Would have to pay additional for upgrade to room with 2 beds and a sofa. Pool closed. Had to unclog own toilet. Television remote did not work.

Never again tried to reach booking.com for help to get another place but no help from you so we did not stay

It is in need of a major upgrade, the pictures of the facility advertised an indoor pool, which was one of the main reasons for selecting that location, only to find out that the pool was closed, apparently for a couple of years at least so I truly believe we were misled as to what to expect and we should be refunded for that outright misrepresentation. The room smelled very strongly of mildew and just didnt look clean. We were informed that there was no room servicing available as long as the room was occupied, so I had to go to the desk every day to get fresh towels and I had to set trash outside every day myself
