The waffle machine was lovely but keep in mind you need one and a half cups of batter to make one waffle (Just a tip). The juice was good. I loved the view from the room and the room was clean. The young lady at the desk was nice and explained everything very well.
Negatives:
I am unsure if the gentleman at the desk was having a rough day but he was very gruff and standoffish. He tacked on a parking fee which I didn't have to pay a few months ago. I guess the long term guests have overrun their hotel, the halls at night, and the parking from the chatter in the halls and at the front desk. There was PLENTY of parking but just be wary about paying $10 per night (though I was told that it is $30 for the whole month). It seems very shady to hide costs and just charge your card.

the staff was very nice at the front desk phone communication was excellent, , room smelt ok tv worked . the air conditioning also worked i wish i could come up with more good things to say

hotel noise continued to midnight for the 3 nights of my stay , pool closed and drained ,restaurant located on property is now vacant , room house keeping was almost non existent ,morning breakfast was a joke i was also charged 10 dollars per day for parking

Positives:
Decent budget accomodation serving simple breakfast. Comfortable beds ensures a pleasant rest before taking on Hershey Park.
Negatives:
The accomodation is tired and wary, so don’t keep expectations too high. Well-meaning receptionist had issues operating the check-in system and didn’t know what either New Zealand or the United Kingdom were. Wouldn’t accept foreign ID. Wouldn’t accept foreign cards. Fortunately we could see the humour in it.

Breakfast. Needed fresh fruit assortment during the week and one more hot item besides waffles.
WiFi did not work in room. Needed to switch rooms.

A TV remote in each room that allows TOTAL access to menu. Could not access CC.

The room was disgusting !!! Mold , dirty the didn’t vacuum the floors . The sheets , chair lamp had a lot of stains on them . The dressers were dirty ! The refrigerator and microwave was dirty .

We were attending a concert at Riverfront Park and the proximity to the concert location/stage was ideal, and the large parking lot visible from half of the rooms was a big plus.
Negatives:
The rooms themselves were far from "clean" though the sheets/pillows themselves were clean, they cabinets were all full of crumbs, and the countertops/phone were sticky and one of the curtains looked like it had blood on it. After lugging your bags up to the second floor, I wouldn't recommend taking that deep breath as you'll be met with a stale damp smell.
