Negatives:
I ended up not staying. They did not have elevators to the rooms. I was with my mom who an elderly handicapped. But in general the reception was dirty and smelly. Would not recommend.

Close to HersheyPark and Hershey world. Was very easy for us to leave and return to the park in the same day. Although we did not use the hotel pool it did look nice and inviting and there were lots of guests using it.
Negatives:
Front desk should have explained better that if we wanted our rooms cleaned and new towels bed made during our two night stay that we would have to tell them apon arrival. When we returned from our day at Hershey, it was disappointing to see the room was not cleaned. We know better for next time and to all you future guests please be aware that not cleaning the room on a multi night stay is their norm.

Really liked my stay here BUT wish would have had something different on the TV during breakfast hours besides POLITICS. For me to each there own but I don't care to hear or watch some else's political views. There are SO MANY other options to have in a public area then POLITICS.

Location, size of room, ease of check-in / out. The hotel was quiet, and the room was clean. It was good for what we needed.

The pull out couch mattress was well worn and uncomfortable.
The bathroom flooring, trim, and door need some TLC.
