Toilet didn’t work . Blow dryer didn’t work when we left the elevator didn’t work so I had to bring 10+bags downstairs two flights of stairs which was not fun was told someone could help and then he hid the morning of check out . Throughly disappointed in the hotel and staff

Clean, comfortable, did provide an adequate breakfast.
Negatives:
Price point was too attractive to families with children, who dominated the pool area with their noise and uncontrolled behavior. There was a lack of common areas, so these same breeding families had to gather ( eating cheap pizza, and drinking alcohol) in the pool area to hang out.
