I checked in really late with my baby 2yrs old around 1am at night. I politely asked the morning front desk for latest checkout because my baby wasn’t feeling good she said no that room is booked. We were ready to check out at 12 but my baby fell asleep. at 12:20 she calls saying why I didn’t leave yet she told me at 12 I have to leave . I told her what happens she DIDNT CARE at all my baby was sleeping and wasn’t feeling good .if she could give us alittle more time meanwhile I did check in past midnight. She said no and thats it. I understand your hotel is the most “friendliness” not the most compassionate . but I say otherwise I’m sorry and I certainly was for my child when I had to carry him out in the cold sleeping while she looks at us smirking. I’m ashamed of this service or even so hospitality very rude not warming. Mind you a very booked busy hotel will make sure every customer is treated FAIRLY and at least have decent breakfast for 15$.
