Negatives: Room was dirty, bedding was stained table top counter had a huge burn in it. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. Fire alarm was dismantled from the ceiling the outside cage device used to avoid tampering was there but no alarm present. There were holes in the walls. The man at the front counter was rude refused a refund when requested.

Negatives: My overall advice is just don’t do it. Unless your standards are literally ghetto low. It’s filthy, the mattress has springs, there are huge hammock like pits it the mattress as well, at least in my room #214 there are. The first thing that was experienced is that when unpacking the dresser drawer literally fell apart. It had been previously repaired with hot glue. The air conditioner would not turn off. I had to cover it with the towel I brought, to keep the temperature up. At day 3 and a few calls, finally the maintenance man showed up and fixed the a/c. The dresser drawer was never fixed. At day 4 I took it out as there were open nails in it and the place is small. I didn’t want to step on the nails. No smoke alarm. The blankets have cigarette burns on them, non smoking motel. Multiple cigarette burns on the toilet seat and lid. The place is falling apart and is poorly kept. I might as well have booked an air B&B in the ghetto. People live at this motel. It was a tormented experience to say the least. See pictures. Don’t take your children here. It didn’t feel safe. A lot of drug deals going on in day light. The hotel lock didn’t work as it seems that someone had previously busted through the door. The door lock was falling apart. When I had to go and ask for toilet paper and trash bags the attendant had me follow him to the storeroom. He had a huge whole in his pants and I could see his underwear Ugh. The door key needed to be reset daily. The TV had bad reverberations. This review site would not allow me to add more photos. Sorry. Getting home and unpacking. All of my clothes and my own pillow I brought reeks of cigarette smoke. I don’t smoke. It’s only from being in that room. The review I read before I booked stated “disappointed”. Clearly they were being very nice. This was my first ever trip to Hersheypark. Don’t do it.

Negatives: People lived there it was dirty and expensive

Negatives: The place was disgusting. There was a mysterious sticky substance across the floor. The ac blew cigarette smoke. The fire alarm had been ripped off the wall.

Negatives: Our room smelled like pure cigarette, felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, stains on the walls, the sheets, flies, odd tenants, I could go on.

Negatives: EVERYTHING!!

Negatives: It was very trashy and it smelled terrible people were very loud and people lived there. Different desk clerk was not nice all they were worried about is getting paid while you stayed there it was dogs running around cats running around it was just disgusting the whole way around the air conditioning the room barely worked it was a broken drawer with no drawer in it it was just disgusting

Negatives: Dirty!!!! Bed bugs, TV broken, no heat, security lock on door broken off.....horrible place.

Negatives: Overall the place was well dated. Could use some major updates.But what set us off was there was no water in the mourning. we had to leave early so we did not have time to inquire about why.

Negatives: It's was not for my family

Negatives: Hole in the walls and people there made me feel not secure
