Took them 3 times to get me a clean room with no cockroaches

Seen a cockroach going down a wire and I told the guy at the desk, he gave me another room and I saw more roaches, I went back again and he gave me attitude saying it's the season for them and it's nothing you wouldn't find in your own house. Disgusting.
