Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, hot breakfast!
Negatives:
Cost...we attended a conference that had a group rate offered, in the Spring- all discounted rooms were not available.
When I checked closer to the event...Suprise...several rooms available!
No longer at group rate, but almost double that!
That truly is my Only negative, we were able to be in the same location as family, so of course I paid what was required...just disappointed w/ the huge $$.

The room was clean and comfortable after we changed rooms
Negatives:
The 1st room we were in had an air conditioner that did not work. I called the front desk and they changed our room. All was good in the second room.
The next morning, I went to the desk to ensure that they knew about the problem with the first room so that no one else would be given that room until they had it fixed. The desk clerk spoke quite rudely to me, saying very curtly that they are aware of the problem. It was interpreted by me that she was annoyed that I spoke to her about it. Perhaps I misunderstood her tone. But it left me with not a good feeling. It felt to me that the staff was aggravated that we complained and had our room changed after that brief conversation, but the first room was very hot, and the air conditioner would not turn on.

This is our second year there, cleaning got better the than last year. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The breakfast food options were less. Last year the food changed daily. This year only the form of the eggs changed between two options. Everything else remained the same. Not everyone likes bacon and tater tots, my kids barely ate, if they ate at all.
