Very nice hotel with friendly staff, a good breakfast & amenities
Negatives:
We had a VERY loud group right next door who checked in at 11pm & were yelling at 2:30am, then out in the hall having a loud phone conversation the next morning at 7am. Constant pounding from above as well. Not sure if walls are just thin or the other guests were just loud & inconsiderate. Staff was accommodating when I told them though.

Fun at the Hershey Bears...
Positives:
The beds were comfortable. I liked that they had a couple of gluten free items for breakfast.
Negatives:
The first night one of the beds had long hairs on the sheets and even the comforter. The sheets were either not changed or the maid put sheets on with hair. It was very obvious to see on white sheets. The walls are paper thin, we heard our neighbors tv up until morning hours. The manager on duty said she would switch our room but we had already unpacked our things so we asked for new bedding and we changed it even though she did offer to come and change for us. She told us to leave the other out in the hall which was still laying there the next day when we left the hotel. The bathroom floor had hairs on it as well like it had not been cleaned. The hot water was not hot and 1 night and 1 morning I didn't take a shower because of no hot water and my daughter who was there for basketball tournament took a cold shower one time. The room smelt musky when coming back in at night. The parking lot was small and we had to park behind a Red Roof Inn which they called overflow parking. But with us being all girls I didn't like parking behind another hotel and walking over. It didn't feel safe to me and I definitely was disappointed after spending $600.00 to stay here.

Breakfast was all that we needed. A decent variety for an all inclusive breakfast. Pool stayed open late and we enjoyed the location, easy to get to Hershey Park. Self serve coffee was great!

They did not make up our room over night, only brought clean towels but did not make the beds.

Very clean rooms. Love that the flooring was mostly laminate w carpeted area under bed.

Room was not as soundproof as in other hotels. The party next door was just a little loud and the sound came through.
I always check to see the Bible in the night stand. None was in our room which made me sad.
