We had ants in our room, ice machine outside our room. Guests were filling their ice buckets and coolers at all hours of the night and morning. guests didn't care about the quiet hours.

Took a chance booking this hotel after reading about alleged "cancelled reservations" and while I can see that happening, I also dont solely blame the property as its not JUST their responibility to ensure your reservation is confirmed. [I confirmed twice before my arrival date. I suppose that makes me better.]
Something to note.
The pool was NOT green. A lot of the reviews I seen really complained about the green pool and if you just did a little research you would have found out that Hilton very recently accuired this property and judging by the photos just hadnt shocked and treated it at the time. Sorry for the bad timing.
In all my travels the worst thing i have to rate about the experience are the reviews left by people that think they need to be treated like royalty wherever they go. This is a 2-Star Hotel Linda. It is not the Ritz-Carlton. Stop acting like you are deserved something just because you booked a room. There was nothing wrong with this property and whatever small problems exist are being addressed.

The staff was friendly, the room was quiet, and the walk-in shower was a nice touch.
Negatives:
Although the hotel allows pets, there was no decent place to walk them and the clean-up station was in the middle of the asphalt in the rear of the property. Also there was no microwave in the room and no freezer section in the fridge.
