I loved the pool area and water features, the location, and the bright look on the inside.
Negatives:
I hated the bathrooms in the queen 2 bed room. Hated is actually an understatement. The bathroom was AWFUL. I could barely move my arms without touching the wall. The fan didn’t work in our bathroom, leaving the bathroom stuffy and cramped. The entire layout of the bathroom is not good, including the sink outside of the bathroom with no curtain or wall separating sink from beds.

Positives:
We stayed here for Labor Day weekend to visit Hersheypark with my husband and two kids. Check in was easy, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice for the kids especially the zero entry and mushroom for my toddler. Hersheypark is 5 minutes away, lots of food options near us. It was nice to have streaming services on the tv as well.
Forgot a razor and they had some behind the desk( a little thing but it was a life saver lol)

No microwave in the room. No hot breakfast options.
We were on the first floor in an outside entry room(like a motel) I didn’t mind it because it was relatively quiet. But a bit inconvenient when going to the lobby or pool as you have to go all the way around the hotel outside.

The location to Hershey. The pillows and comforter we great. I would have bought them if sold on site.

Day 1 checked in great front desk. parked in side of property. Carpet in room was wet. The breakfast was disappointing. Yogurt and bagels. No croissant, no additives for the yogurt. No fruit / granola / nuts. Only 2 toasters. Not sufficient for a family in tourist area. I’ve had better cold breakfast at other hotels. Proceed to the car for Hershey fun and front windshield is SHATTERED due to nut trees over parking lot. Dents on the roof and green staining all over the hood of car. Informed front desk with a note made in computer and room was not freshened up with towels or bed made. Day 2 breakfast at 9:30 no muffins available and maybe 3 bagels. Checked out and went for breakfast outside of hotel. Expected more from a Hilton brand.

We were moved from a nice room to a lower level room, that had stinkbugs everywhere. Room smelled moldy told manager on duty. They sprayed it with air freshener. A/C worked on and off. says pet friendly online however staff clearly doesn’t like dogs, based on comments they made. Booked through third party and paid through third party,was charged additional manually without notice.

Staff was always friendly atmosphere felt safer.

No chair in the room. There was only a ottoman your stool at the desk. Someone like myself, 61 years old, back issues.
I went to the front desk and all of they had one I could use for to my back. He called both his managers and finally the one told him no, we didn't have any chairs He can use. So I went and got a high sitting beach chair. It wasn't the guy at the front desk fault he really seemed like he had compassion. I did ask him to make a note.
