The breakfast was weak. It was more like a continental breakfast.

Water pressure was terrible, furniture did not close properly and would pop open on its own. No gluten free options at breakfast. Juice was watered down. Hot water for tea was warm at best.

We checked in and went to a holiday party that we were in town for. Around midnight we returned and when we went to get into bed there was hair and medical tape all over the sheets. It was clear the room was not cleaned and new sheets were not provided.

Very dated room. Outside parking lot entry and could not get back in the Exit door to the bottom level as the key didnt work. I asked about having it programmed for that but was told it wasnt working .

The king size room had no desk! I needed a desk to conduct business related work. Also, no outlet for my desktop computer to do the work.
