A plus for cleanliness. Cleanliness and location are the only two things that this location has going for it.
Negatives:
Rooms are a little small and cramped. No where to place our stuff in the room (i.e..: no closet).
No one wants to hang their clothes over the refrigerator.
You call yourself "pet friendly" but you have to take your pet too far across the parking lot away from the building. Breakfast is not that great. Shower head does not come down. If you are a short person, you are just screwed. Every room needs its own microwave. Each floor needs its own ice machine no one wants to go all the way down to the ground level to get ice. Too much emphasis on games in the lobby. Feels more like a convenience store no one wants to pay for extra stuff. The rooms are very minimal.

The decor is really cool. The people were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel looks very clean. Completely dog welcoming. Helpful staff. I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast but I’m sure it was good as well.
Negatives:
Not the fault of the hotel: there must have been a room full of young boys next door, screaming and yelling and banging around at 1:00am. I could’ve called the front desk, I guess, but I didn’t.

Rooms were very nice. Rooms and everywhere we went was very clean. Kids liked the pool. Close to Hershey Park in a quite area. Very fun play area with the games and game tables. Staff was great.
Negatives:
Hitting shins on the end of beds since bed bases were bigger than mattresses.no microwave in room and fridge with no freezer. Second day only one pancake station so took about 20 minutes in line to make pancakes. Small selection of breakfast items. It was good food though.

I had a couple of requests that were granted immediately. I have trouble laying flat in bed to sleep and so I usually end up in the recliner at home. They brought me a different chair (other than the little desk chair that was in the room) and I was able to get rest.
