Very noisy. Room was located right near elevators. Pillows poor quality. Did not get any sleep. Had to leave one night early due to a family emergency. It has been over 24 hrs and still no communication from the hotel or booking.com regarding a refund

I love that it was close to the Amtrak station, about a 15 min ride or so. The room was clean, the rooms were also very nice. Breakfast was really good, just wish there was an alternative breakfast meat besides pork. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Negatives:
The only downside I can say is that because this location is close to Hershey park there were a lot of families there that had some pretty excited children with lots of energy and sometimes they could be heard inside our room. The kids had the lobby a bit chaotic as they were playing games that were provided by the hotel, but could be very messy and loud at times. Prices of snacks/drinks were a little absurd, but I guess that’s to be expected near Hershey. That is it.
