Positives:
The room was nice and spacious and so was the bathroom. The area was a good location as well.
Negatives:
The walls are beyond thin. I felt as if the people in the room with us was only separated by a curtain in stead of a wall. I think it also has something to do with them just being a little loud. I disinfect and wipe down all things in any hotel I stay in. The table was very dusty after I wiped it down but everything else seemed good.

The location was conveniently located to family in the area as well as shopping. The rooms were of decent size. The exercise room had the machines that I usually use and they functioned well.
Negatives:
We had to change rooms twice. When we arrived we were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned. We were moved to a different floor away from family members that were staying there with us in a room across the hall. The second room had a microwave that didn't work and maintenance had to bring in another one. Also the carpet in the hallway smelled awful. Our family members that were also staying there ended up moving to a different room as well because of a plumbing issue. Also, they reported that the maintenance man just opened the door and entered their room after suspecting that there were only two women in the room. He apologized when he realized my nephew was in the room and stated he was actually looking for a different room. From then on, we took our valuables with us when we left the hotel. On the third day of the stay, we found a bedbug in the bed! I had to google what it was because I'd never seen one before. So we were moved again, this time to the ground level. Of course, there's an issue with this room. One, there was no hot water in the kitchen sink. Not a big deal. However, secondly, my husband checked the windows and both were unlocked. Someone could have easily accessed the room from the outside! This hotel seemed to have a lot of transient workers there. Luckily, that was the last night because I was so done.

EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE STAFF. ROOMS WEREN'T CLEANED PROPERLY, THE TV DIDNT EVEN WORK.

No Hot Water plumbing problem knew of this at check in did not tell me, when I asked got snotty smart answers from lil blonde b at the front desk.
I checked out the next morning.
Hope the manager fired the lil blonde b after refunding the entire charge 3 days back to my Credit Card.
Bad experience - money refunded by new manager Eddie- props to Eddie.

The staff was warm and friendly. It is located in a comfortable location.

The room had no separate light switches. The main light switch cut off the lights in the living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The iron had something stuck to it. The ice maker shut off switch was not working. The room was not as comfortable as my previous stay.
