Positives: It was comfortable and we all slept well.
Negatives: The rugs, room, walls, window were all outdated. There was no shade to keep light out of the window:( Felt like people could look it. Also there was not enough towels or pillows. Pillow cases were to small for the pillow. Attention to Details is important!

Positives: Nothing. Im in the travel business and I stay here for my daughter races all the time. Ive been a diameter bd member for many years. Now Im gold, but booking.Com asked the property to let me out of the non refund ability and you would not help. You charged me the full amount of the stay and Im just really disappointed.

Positives: Most staff friendly. Comfortable and quiet. The 12:00 check out.
Negatives: Coffeemaker didnt work, shampoo bottles were empty. Breakfast buffet was not worth $15. The night shift lady was not people friendly. The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. Way too expensive for what you get. Carpet needs replaced.

Positives: Location was very convenient being that we were enjoying the amenities around the area. Pool/spa/gym looked nice but we did not use.
Negatives: High price for stay but ok compared to other resorts nearby. Had no issue paying for convenience of location. Breakfast was not free to all guests. Thankfully I did request free breakfast during my booking, but once the server brought a bill to my table, i had to bring it to their attention. They corrected it but i noticed MANY families were not aware that breakfast was not free.
