Negatives: I did a before you get there request that they didn't get, I asked for the pillows and towels at check in at 1:30pm ...it wasn't done..so we called at 8:30 pm and it took a long long time. A few things during weren't done, but was quickly fixed by the manager...I think it's crazy breakfast is extra....but it.was nice not having to leave to eat. No coffee all day .like other hotels.....only in the morning...I like hotels with FREE continental breakfast...paying extra kinda sucked...overall great location. Nice staff
