Positives: Was very dissatisfied by getting a handicapped room only thing they said they had available was very poorly kept condition was run down. Everything in the room was not up to Hampton inn standards I've seen in 5 years staying at Hilton properties

Negatives: AC did not work properly in room so uncomfortable sleeping. Room was not cleaned the 1st night in to 2nd )told no one was available to take care of it at that at time
